OEM options can be order with or without original metal vent. Quantities of the original metal vents are limited and I assume they will sell out quick. If you purchase the option with the metal vent it will be sandblaster and painted so it looks as great as the new case.
Wood is a natural product and the grain pattern will be different with every case. Cases are finished with 3-4 coats of lacquer for a durable finish.
