Whether you're just beginning your journey into vinyl or hoping to introduce a child, grandchild, or younger friend to the world of hi-fi, we invite you to participate. 2. ATO Audio is responsible for administering the giveaway and selecting the winner. 3. ELIGIBILITY The giveaway is open to individuals who: Are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Meet all requirements outlined in these Official Rules. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and countries outside the United States are not eligible. Employees of ATO Audio, their immediate family members, and individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible. Participants may enter with the intention of giving the prize to a younger family member or friend. Void where prohibited by law. 4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD The giveaway begins on October 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries must be successfully submitted during this period to be eligible. Entries submitted before the start date or after the deadline will not be accepted. ### 5. HOW TO ENTER To enter the giveaway, visit: https://atoaudio.com/pages/ato-audio-tanlanin-giveaway-2026 Complete and submit the official ATO Audio TANLANIN Giveaway entry form during the giveaway period. **No purchase, payment, or credit card information is required.** Limit one (1) eligible entry per person. Entries must be received between October 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. You are also encouraged to watch our TANLANIN review on YouTube, subscribe to ATO Audio, like the video, and leave a comment. These activities are optional and will not increase your chances of winning. 6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION One (1) eligible winner will receive: TANLANIN Brown Wood Record Player with External Speakers, Bluetooth, 3-Speed Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $109.99 USD The prize is the actual turntable featured in the ATO Audio YouTube review and will have been opened and tested before the giveaway. The prize will be awarded in its reviewed condition, together with the included accessories available with the reviewed unit. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product. ATO Audio will pay the cost of standard shipping to the eligible winner within the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. Any applicable taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the winner's responsibility. 7. WINNER SELECTION One winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. The random drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the giveaway closes on November 6, 2026. Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No purchase, YouTube subscription, like, or comment will increase the chances of winning. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM The selected winner will be contacted by email using the address provided during entry. The winner will have seven (7) calendar days from the time the notification email is sent to respond and claim the prize. The winner must confirm eligibility and provide a valid shipping address within the eligible geographic area. If the selected winner fails to respond within seven calendar days, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected through another random drawing. This process will continue as reasonably necessary until an eligible winner claims the prize. ATO Audio will never require the winner to pay a fee or provide credit card information to claim the prize. 9. PRIZE SHIPPING ATO Audio will cover standard shipping costs for the prize. The winner must provide a valid physical shipping address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. ATO Audio will package the turntable with reasonable care and arrange shipment after the winner's eligibility and shipping information have been confirmed. The prize is being given away in its reviewed and tested condition. No additional warranty is provided by ATO Audio except as required by applicable law. ### 10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION By submitting the giveaway form, participants provide ATO Audio with their name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address. This information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, select and notify the winner, and arrange prize delivery. Submitting the form also enrolls participants in ATO Audio email marketing communications, including product announcements, news, and special offers. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting their giveaway entry. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT After the winner has been notified, verified, and has accepted the prize, ATO Audio may publicly announce the winner's first name and state of residence on its website, YouTube channel, or social media accounts. The winner's full name, email address, telephone number, and street address will not be publicly disclosed as part of the announcement. 12. Fraudulent entries, duplicate entries, automated submissions, and attempts to interfere with the entry or drawing process may result in disqualification. Participants using YouTube in connection with this giveaway must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries involving violations of those guidelines in connection with the giveaway will be disqualified, consistent with applicable law. ATO Audio reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical malfunctions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise the promotion's integrity or operation.
